Air & Light Integrated Plenum
HKL Healthcare offers the best in class Laminar Air flow systems for Modular Operating Theatre, It is available in two options:
​
OPTION I : The Air & Light integrated diffusers consist of two layers of monofilament precision woven polyester of uniform porosity with an open area of sufficient resistance to create laminar flow from diffuser face with box type filters.
OPTION II : The Air diffuser consists of SS 304 Perforated grill to create a laminar airflow from the diffuser face with mini pleat HEPA Filters.
Plenum box is made of 1.5 mm Thick Aluminum sheet or SS 304 Sheet.

HEPA Filters having efficiency of 99.97% down to 0.3 micron MOC Aluminum box with imported submicron glass fiber media.
Mini pleat HEPA Filters having efficiency of 99.97% down to 0.3 micron MOC Aluminum Casing with imported fiber media.

The Air & Light Diffusers diffuse air into the theatres uniformly over the total area. The ventilated ceiling provides Uniform airflow pattern & sterility and cleanliness required for a modern modular operating theater environment.
​
Integral lighting provides an illumination level in excess of 15000 Lux in Operating area and 10000 lux in other areas having electronic step less dimming control down to 5% level flicker less.
​
Both options of Plenum confirms to Class 100.

Sanjay has been working as Head of Operations, with large construction companies since year 1990. He has in-depth knowledge of methods, materials and tools involved in construction of Hospitals. He has expertise for practical application of engineering technology and techniques in construction field. His field of capabilities include design of HVAC systems of Operation Theatres & Critical Care Units.
Sanjay is competent in cost management and tendering of projects. Fluent in written & verbal communication in English, Hindi, Gujarati & Marathi. He has extensive professional experience as Construction Manager (2006-2013), Senior Project Engineer (1995-2005) and Project Engineer (1990-1995) with engineering & construction companies.
